Advisors
Advisors are users of Buddy who manage several clients on Buddy. These may be accountants, payroll bureaus, bookkeepers, or others that provide payroll services.
Accounts can only be set as an Advisor by our Customer Success team. In case you are interested in upgrading your account to Advisor to manage several clients with ease, feel free to contact us at uk@buddy.hr, and we'll be able to discuss the upgrade.
Account upgrades do not come at any additional fee, and will allow advisors to set up Centralised Billing.
Advisor Portal
When clicking on the advisory name on the top menu, you will be linked to the Advisor Portal. You will notice a different left-hand menu, which has a purple background.
From the menu settings, you can access features such as:
- Client List to access client accounts
- My Team to add or remove team members
- EverRollâ„¢ for Automated Payroll
- Settings and Billing Information and History
