Two Types of Itemised Bills
When you send data from Buddy to Xero (using Legacy Integration) you are sending two types of bills, which can be found below.
Employee Wages & Salaries
Employee payslips appear as itemised on Buddy. Here is an example of an itemised payslip bill as would appear on XERO:
This will be itemised similarly to a payslip and will include any allowances added on Buddy.
FS5 Data for Inland Revenue Department
When sending to XERO, a bill is created for the CFR or IRD which includes the SSC, FSS and MFC amounts for that period. An example bill is shown below:
