As a client, you may be responsible for data entry before your payroll provider (bureau) starts calculating your payroll.
Within the Run Payroll page, you will be prompted with a Data Check List that covers all the elements required for accurate payroll.
The Checklist
Within each section, you will find guides that will assist on how to do these processes. These primarily involve in data entry, such as updating salaries, and amending leave and timesheet data.
The final section is to add one-time allowances, detailed below.
Adding Pay Items
When it comes to adding pay items, Buddy will automatically show any recurring pay items or eligible overtime set for each employee.
You can also add additional custom pay items created for the company, such as performance bonuses or commissions. After inserting the pay items, you can also include a note to your Payroll Provider or the employee via a payslip note.
Submitting for Review (Complete All Steps)
Once the data has been saved, you can submit it for review.
