Requirements
To start sending payments through Telleroo, you will require two elements:
- An Authorised Connection from Buddy to Telleroo
- Employee Bank Details saved on the employee profiles
Sending Payments
From the Payroll History, find the payroll you need to send payments for.
Click on Actions, and then, click Send to Telleroo
Pay Now or Schedule for Later
You will get the option to either Pay Now, which will ask for a second confirmation, or to Schedule for Later, giving you the option to select the date.
After confirming, you will receive a notification on the top right stating whether the sync has been successful
Awaiting Approval (Within Telleroo)
Once the payments are sent, they will be found on Telleroo as Awaiting Approval or Awaiting Review.
This would just require the payments to be approved and funded, after which they will be sent out (immediately or as scheduled).
Sync Status
Within the Payroll History, after sending payments, will see the Telleroo icon. You may see different statuses to keep you updated.
A rotating icon would show that the payments are successfully synced and are currently pending payment.
You would see a checkmark for successful payments or a red cross for failed syncs.
