Report Packs
In the Advisor page, the Reports page allows bureaus to create and customise Report Packs. These packs customise the reports the clients can see within their Report page.
Creating Report Packs
Within the Report Pack page:
- Click Create Pack.
- Write the name of the pack and create
- Then, click Edit from the list of packs.
Selecting Reports for the Report Pack
When editing a report pack, you will see all available reports.
Click the Star icon on the left of the report name, to select which reports you want to include.
Apply the Pack to Clients
Within the Report Pack, you can switch to the Clients tab.
There, you can toggle which of your clients you want to apply the report pack to.
Applying Multiple Report Packs
A better way to manage report packs is from the main Reports page, under the Clients tab.
Here, you can select multiple packs which you want to apply to each customer.
For example, the Buddy Training Account has been assigned both the regular Simple Pack, as well as an additional T&A pack.
If no packs are applied, all Buddy reports will be viewable by the client.
Custom Reports
Within the Custom Reports, you can create your own reports, which can then be used in your report packs to apply to multiple customers.

Reports Page View for Advisor & Client
When accessing the Reports Page, the client will only be able to view the reports that were selected in the assigned packs
Advisors (Bureaus) will have the option to toggle the Show All Reports. This allows the bureau to use all reports whilst limiting the client to the selected reports.
