The help centre is a collection of articles that focus on informing and instructing users on how to utilise Buddy. Our team understands that a key element to facilitating Payroll and HR is not solely to implement a user-friendly design but to also have as much information accessible. Users should have all resources to be as independent as possible.
Articles Launched for UK Software
While Buddy is currently in Beta for our UK clients, our Support Team has launched articles for our UK Software. Our team is dedicated to continuously updating articles to improve clarity and show off any changes or new features.
The UK software shares some features with our existing Maltese software, so we simply gave those articles a British touch-up. Other features, such as Pension Schemes, have been created particularly for our UK clients.
As always, we encourage you to not hesitate to Get in Touch with Buddy's Support Team if you require any assistance or have any questions. We have already taken necessary action to ensure any contact with our support team reaches agents who are also knowledgeable about our UK product.
What's Next?
As we continue to launch updates for our Beta and release our final product, we will start posting these changes on our Announcements page. These come both in the form of Release Notes (changelogs) once we are fully released, and also more detailed posts (like this one).
