As a Bureau (Advisor), you can import clients in bulk rather than add them individually.
This allows you to include the core details, such as Company Names and Addresses, which you fill in from our template.
How to Import Clients
- Head to the Advisor Page
- Click the Clients tab
- Click Import Clients
- Click on Upload File
- Select your sheet
- Confirm whether you want to update existing client details, if a matching name is found
- Confirm Import
After importing, refresh the web-page to reload the new companies. There, you can see all new clients are in setup mode and you are able to proceed with the remaining steps.
