Add a New Company
To add a new client, select the drop-down for switching companies and click Add New
Selecting Management and Payment Options
When creating each account, you can select whether:
- The account will be managed by the advisory but paid by the client
- Account will be managed and paid by the advisory
- The account will not be linked to the advisory and will be set as independent.
The most common option would be the middle one.
You can then continue to the next pages and fill in the company details and general settings.
Getting Started
After filling in all details, you will be redirected to the Get Started page, which details the required steps to go live with each company.
In particular, tools that will be useful are the following:
- Create Pension Schemes (which can be done by importing schemes directly from integrations)
- Create Pension Groups
- Migrating (Adding) Employees into Buddy
- Importing Totals to Date via FPS Importation
- Migrating EPS Data Mid-year
After setting up the core details and importing pension schemes, adding the employees and importing the Totals to Date, the company would be ready to operate!
