Permissions
In the Permissions page, you can invite new users and customise their level of permissions.
Inviting a Manager
To invite another Manager to access the company's Buddy Account
- Go to the Settings page
- Go to the Permissions sub-page
- Click Invite Manager.
- Input their name and email address
- Click Invite
- This manager will receive an email to set a password and login
Once they log in, they will be able to access that company
Customise User Permissions
There are three levels of permissions:
- Write (Pencil Icon): The user is able to view and edit this section
- Read (Eye Icon): The user is able to view this section but cannot save any changes
- None (No/Cancel Icon): The user cannot view or edit anything within this section
To change any permission, simply click on the icon within the table. Once all the settings are shown as you would like them to appear, click Save to have these permissions taken into effect.
Revoke Access
You can also decide to Revoke Access.
Once you click the button, select the user you want to revoke (by checking the tickbox) and click Revoke Access. Only Owners can Revoke Access to another user.
