This guide focuses on how to configure the bills type integration for Xero, aimed primarily at bank reconciliations for net wages and tax payments.
Xero Bills Integration
First, you want to set the type of integration for your Xero account.
After connecting your integration:
- Select Bills (Wages + Tax) as the type of export
- Determine the Bill Status
- Select the Wages Bill Contact
- Select contact for payslip deductions (tax, SSC, WLBF, Pension)
- TIP: Start typing the contact name for the drop-down to load the contact details
- TIP: Work Life Balance Fund refers to the Maternity Fund Contribution, and hence should be filled in all cases.
- Save Settings
