You might want to adjust leave balances to reflect an agreement or perhaps carrying over leave from the previous year.
To adjust the leave balance of an employee, go to Leave Management and click on the Leave Adjustment tab.
From there, follow these steps:
- Click on Adjust Leave Balances.
- Select the Employee
- Input the number of Hours
- Select the Leave Type
- Select the Type of adjustment
- Select the Effective Date of adjustment
- Optional: Add a comment as a reference
- Click Submit
TOIL and Carryover adjustments will appear as such in reports and payslip leave balances, whereas Manual Adjustments will appear as part of entitlement.

Within the Leave Adjustments page, you can click on the print icon to download a report of all the filtered adjustments
