At Buddy, we pride ourselves at being customer-centric. We understand that contacting a person directly may often be preferred.
Hence, our support team offers live chat support for all customers without any additional fees, alongside the self-help assistance that our guides provide.
What are Buddy's Live Support availabilities?
Buddy's Support team is generally available on chat between 09:00 and 17:00 CET (Central European Time) on business days.
What Support is Provided over Live Chat?
Our live agents provide immediate support to customers on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on the urgency of the query.
Urgent queries and payroll assistance receive priority.
The following tickets will be redirected to ticket/email support.
- Billing
- Onboarding or Migration Plans
- Tax Form Submissions
- Feature Requests
- Non-critical inconveniences (e.g. cosmetic)
This ensures that when you have a high-priority query, our team can address your chat more effectively.
How to contact a Live Agent?
While browsing Buddy, you should see a Get in touch button at the bottom right of the page.
Upon clicking this button, our helpful Buddy Bot will welcome you to Buddy and will await for your query. The Buddy Bot will then try to suggest articles related to your query.
However, should you require to contact a live agent, you can press the second Get in touch at the bottom right of the chat, as shown in the screenshot below.
Once the second Get in touch button is clicked, the Buddy Bot will ask if you want to initiate a Live chat or to leave a message, should you prefer an email response.
