Now, let's get into what extraordinary assistance is. Buddy's team defines this as any assistance generally out-of-scope of service and not covered by regular services. Generally, these actions can be done by the client themselves, but due to one or more reasons, they request that our team handle this action.
Example of What Extraordinary Assistance May Look Like
One example is a new employee who took over the account of an existing company and noticed anomalies in the payroll for the full year. This employee has insufficient time and practice to effectively re-open and re-calculate all payroll.
Therefore, they contacted Buddy with the relevant information, and one of our agents performed these actions on the client's behalf.
Service Fee
As this is an out-of-scope service, our team offers this service at a rate of £50 + VAT per hour, with a 2-hour minimum billing. Our team will send an estimate before starting the task so your company can approve the fee.
The fee will be deducted from the Billing Page and charged with other subscription fees.
How to Request Extraordinary Assistance
Send an email requesting this assistance to uk@buddy.hr. In your request, describe the current difficulty you are facing, what task you require, and any deadlines you may have.
Our team will review this request and will get back to you on whether this can be done with an estimate included. Once you approve this, our team will start working on your request at their earliest availability.
