Buddy's Support team provides free support through Live Chat and online request channels.
Live Chat
During available hours, the agents will respond quickly to your queries and come to your assistance. This is especially useful when you require an immediate response or need to have a conversation with an agent.

Requests, Messages and Emails
Requests submitted online through the Help Centre (Submit an Online Request), sent via the Get in Touch button, or emailed to uk@buddy.hr will be responded to by agents based on their earliest availability.
This usually varies between a few minutes to up to two business days. These channels are recommended for non-urgent queries or assistance.
Agent Availability
Agents are generally available between 08:00 and 16:00 GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) on business days. Should any urgent issue arise outside these hours, please email uk@buddy.hr nonetheless, and one of our team members will get back to you as soon as possible.
Best Practices for Quicker Resolution
Our support agents will do their best to resolve the query at their earliest. To help us resolve your query quicker, you can follow some guidelines on how to communicate with our agents:

Be specific
When you experience any issue, it is important to be specific. Our agents can assist you better if you include details such as the company's name, the employee's name, and other relevant information about the query (e.g. pay period of payslip or date of leave application). -
Include Attachments
Including attachments such as screenshots or .pdf files will add more clarity to the query. If you think an attachment could help express your query better, include one. -
Stay Active
If you are contacting through the Live Chat, stay active to hear notifications and reply to the conversation. -
Maintain a Focus
Sometimes, you may have more than one question. Numerating this into a list or sending them through separate emails would help the agents and yourself keep track of which question or query is being addressed. -
Communicate Respectfully
We understand that HR and Payroll duties are time-sensitive and can be stress-inducing. Buddy's support team will do their best to understand your position and assist, and likewise, we expect mutual trust and respect to enable such collaboration.
