Request Forms
The support experience starts before you send us a message. By using our purpose-specific forms, our team will collect relevant information to process your request faster and more efficiently.
You can Submit a Request by clicking the button at the top of the Help Centre, or through the Get in Touch widget on our website.
Submitting Your Request
First, select the appropriate form you want to submit. You can find an explanation of the available forms further below.
Once selected, the form will show different fields for input, including:
- CCs; any email addresses you want to include in the communication
- Subject
- Description
- Other fields, such as Company Name, that will vary based on the form
- Attachments (optional)
Once you submit the request, you will receive a verification email. Our agents will review and get back to you at their earliest availability, which is generally within 2 business days.
The Different Request Forms
Different request forms have been designed to facilitate the workflow and reduce the number of times our agents have to get back to you to ask for further information that could be included in the first request.
Below are the set of different forms and when to use them.
Submit a Support Request
Need to do something on Buddy but not quite sure how to go about it? Submit a support request and assistance will be on its way.
Report an Issue
Did you encounter an error or discover an issue? Submit a report so that our team can investigate and escalate accordingly.
Request Help with an Integration
Does your query pertain to an integration with Buddy? By filling in this form, your request will be automatically assigned to an agent that can assist you.
Submit a Billing Query
Got queries on invoices, monthly billing or other payments? Use this form to submit a ticket directly with the billing team.
Request a Support Callback
Would you rather receive assistance through a phone call instead of Live Chat or Email Ticket support? If so, submit a callback request with information on what your query pertains to, so that our agents can prepare information before the call.
