What to Include in Your Report
Description of the Issue
Briefly explain the issue you are experiencing. The more specifics you can include, the better.
Where did you Experience this?
Include details of where this issue was encountered. This should include both the details on the page, as well as information on the name of Company and Employees where this is occuring.
The easiest way to do so is to also include The Magic Link: Copy and Share an Exact URL in your report.
Replication Steps
If so, please let us know what you were working on when you experienced it. Were there any specific actions you took that led to this result?
Can you replicate this issue consistently?
Expected Outcomes
What outcome were you expecting? Why are you expecting this outcome?
Please provide such information so that our team can validate your expected outcome with any available documentation.
Alternative Solutions
Were there any workarounds or alternative solutions you used to resolve the issue?
Include Screenshots and/or Videos
To help make your point, you can use multimedia by sending screenshots and/or videos.
Please be mindful of what you share regarding data sensitivity, especially if you are using email instead of accessing the Help Centre directly.

Helpful Report
I am trying to add a leave application for {employee} in {company name} for sick leave on {date}, but I am receiving an error that the employee already has leave applied on the day. When fetching the leave applications, the employee has no other leave on that day.
I was able to add leave for all other employees. Here's a screenshot of the error: [[screenshot showing leave application + warning]].
