Notifications
At the top right, you will find a bell icon. This will be highlighted with the number of unread notifications.
Clicking on the Notification icon will open the Notifications as a side menu on the right.
Unread notifications will be highlighted. Read notifications can be marked as unread; based on your preference.
Types of Notifications
Global Notifications
Buddy may send global notifications to all users. An example would be Release Notes, which inform about changes in the software
Employee Change Notifications
Whenever employees update their settings, these show up as a notification which requires review.
Clicking on the notification will expand and show you the details that the employee requested.
You can then Approve or Reject these changes.
Client/Bureau Notifications
If you are a bureau or working with one, you may receive notifications related to payroll activity.
An example would be when a bureau has sent a draft payroll and requires review from the client.
Other Notifications
Other notifications may be created and shared with our customers. Certain notifications will only be shared with a subset of customers or users.
