Summary
This guide covers how to check the delivery and failures of emails sent to your employees.
Opening Payroll Email Status
- From the Payroll History, click on the coloured bar under Email Status
- This will open a detailed breakdown of all emails
- On the top right, change the Status filter (e.g. Delivered, Opened, etc.)
- Where there are emails with issues, you can click on the 'eye' icon for more details, including re-send options
