Import Leave Applications in Bulk
You are probably already familiar with Adding a Leave Application, however, you can also choose to Import Leave in bulk. This is especially useful if you obtain leave information from managers or clients who prepare the data in spreadsheets.
Importing Leave Applications
- First head to the Leave Management Section and make sure you are in the Leave Applications tab.
- Click the import leave button, as shown in the image below.
- In the following step, click on Download Template
- Open the template on your preferred spreadsheet editor and fill or copy in the leave application details
- After completing the sheet, download it onto your device
- From Buddy, click on the Upload File button and choose your file
- You can select Replace Leave Adjustments to overwrite previous applications
- Click Import Leave to finally import these amounts.

Here is an example of how to fill in our template. Most options have a drop-down option for ease of use. Make sure that all leave types and statuses you choose are available within the company's account.
You can either fill in the ID card number or else choose the name from the drop-down menu.
