Payroll Changes
- AccuPay™
- Update: When processing timesheets on weekly rules, auto-created public holidays will only be processed when the Sunday of that week is processed. E.g., the 31st of March will be processed when the 2nd of April is processed.
- Update: Updated the way paid leave entries are handled in the Process Timesheets for particular instances where timesheet and leave cut-offs are both backdated and do not completely overlap
- Fix: Fixed an issue where the Pay Leave button was not appearing as an option if the payslip was already saved.
Leave Changes

Fix: Updated the leave entitlement calculation for employees with salary changes and a termination date due to overlapping entitlement.
- When issuing terminated payslips, the Balance to Date showed the correct amount of leave to pay. Now, the Annual Balance will also show the same amount.
- Fix: Resolved an issue where the approve leave button for admins was not updating the individual entries, and therefore approved applications were still shown under the pending filter.

Fix: Resolved an issue where saving a valid leave application showed both a successful and an error notification.
Please note that the leave applications were still saved, so this was only an issue with the notification.
Employee Portal - MFA Setup
- Fix: Fixed an issue where employees requiring to setup MFA were landing on a blank page. A hotfix was also applied to replicate this for employees who are setting up their MFA right after setting a new password.
- Update: During MFA Setup, the error for inserting the wrong code has been changed from "Something went wrong" to "Invalid Code" to improve its clarity
