Today's update is all about scaling your favourite payroll software to handle larger volume of activity with more efficiency. Here's a summary of what to expect:

Release Notes
Bulk Salary Changes
- New: Advanced Filtering
- In the people page, users can now apply advanced filters.
Multiple filters can be compounded (E.g. Salary Type = Net, Employment Type = Full-Time)

- New: Bulk Salary Changes
- Within the Advanced Filter menu, users can now assign bulk changes to the filtered employees.
Bulk changes include various elements, such as increasing Salary (e.g. to a fixed amount, or by a percentage change)

New and Updated Bureau Features
In the Advisor page, we are adding dashboards and report packs, as well as an upgrade to EverRoll™, the automated payroll feature.
Dashboard
Advisors can now see a dashboard with an overview of completed and pending payroll, amongst other data.
Report Packs
- New: Reports Packs
- Create and edit report packs to choose which set of reports to apply within the pack
- New: Client List within Reports
- Advisors can choose one or more report packs to apply to each client. This will customise the Reports page that can be accessed by that particular client.
- New: Custom Reports in Advisory
- The Custom Reports has been added to the Advisor Settings. Custom reports created in the Advisors' Report page can be added to the Client Pack and applied to multiple clients
EverRoll™
EverRoll got a technical revamp to improve the automated payroll, whilst introducing new features
- New: User Control
- Users can now cancel scheduled tasks before the due date
- Users can click 'Run Now' to execute the task before the due date
Our team recommends users to use this when setting up EverRoll for the first time so you can monitor and ensure this matches your expectations
- New: Direct Emails to Clients
Buddy will now email clients directly with a link upon the execution of the following actions:- Client Data Request
- Client Data Reminder
- Client Review
- Client Reports
- New: New statuses and filters have been added: Processing and Redundant
- New: Introduced new error handling for payroll conclusion, with attempts to improve.
- Fix: Fixed an issue which prevented tasks from being created upon the setup of EverRoll™
Import Mapping
We've introduced new mapping to facilitate data importation from direct exports. Map each header with a mapping of Buddy, and verify the data prior to importing.
