To add overtime settings to your company:
- Go to Company Settings
- Under Configuration, Click Overtime & Special Rates
- Click on Add Rate
- Input a custom name for your Overtime - this will appear in payslips
- Select the rate of pay (e.g. 1.5 if Overtime is paid at 1.5x the basic pay rate)
- Click Save at the bottom of the page
You can repeat steps 3-5 to add as many Overtime types as your need.

Advanced Overtime Settings
By clicking the Cog, you will open the advanced option; however, these rules primarily only impact Time & Attendance users. For this reason, they will be explained in the Time and Attendance Rules guide.
Applying Overtime Rates to Employees
Once Overtime rates are saved in Company Settings, you can go to each employee's Salary Details and tick whichever overtime rates are applicable to them. For more detailed instructions, see: Overtime Rates and Recurring Allowances
