Add a new Work Location
In the Work Location tab of the Company Settings, click the Add Work Location button.
This will add a new work location, which you can name. In the below example, we have created 2 work locations, one for work from home and one for work from the office.
Once you have added a work location, you can customise the pin location (for timesheet punches through the Buddy App) and permissions for Work Location requests.
Pin Location (for Timesheets)
The Pin Location setting is marked in the above screenshot. This will be used to mark if the employee punched in the right location (which includes a 100 meter radius).
Once you have opened the Location, you can zoom, scroll through the map, and drag the pin to the desired location.
Permissions
For each work location, you can select whether:
- The Department Manager can approve/apply
- The Employee can approve/apply
When employees book a work location, the department manager will receive an email to approve/deny this application.
The permissions are specifically for the Work Location Requests and unrelated to the Timesheet settings.
