Summary of Update
Buddy has updated the employee portal to resolve a couple of issues and improve he experiences of both employees and managers alike. Below are the updated changes:
- Manager Mode Improvements
- We are now showing application dates as part of the leave information. This should allow managers to use this for practices such as approving leave on a first-come first-serve basis.
- When editing timesheets of employees, Buddy will keep the same employee information and will not re-save the timesheet as if the Manger worked it.
- Terminated employees will only show for 1 month after termination in the "Add Leave" and "Add Timesheet" functions. This will prevent managers from having a huge drop-down list with employees whose leave they no longer need to manage.
- UI for Work Location Multi-Day Application
- We have updated the calendar spacing when applying for a Work Location that spans multiple days as it was creating a lot of empty space on the screen.
- Log-in Cache
- When logging in, the cache of the previous log in is cleared. This resolves the issue of employees' payslips and leave not loading when logging in on a device that was previously logged into another employee account.
