If you have a large number of adjustments to leave that you need to apply, rather than using the Adjust Leave Balance for each entry, you can opt to Import Leave Adjustment. This will allow you to upload a larger amount of adjustments through a spreadsheet.
Importing Leave Adjustments
- First head to the Leave Management Section and select the Leave Adjustment tab (underlined in the image below)
- Then click the import leave adjustment button, as highlighted in the image below.
- Next, download our template
- Open the template and fill in the details
- Once done, save the file onto your computer
- From Buddy, click on the Upload File button (as shown in the above screenshot) and select your document
- You can select Replace Leave Adjustments to overwrite previous adjustments or keep it turned off if you want to add additional ones.
- Click Import Leave Adjustments to finally import these amounts.

You can either fill in the ID card number or else choose the name from the drop-down menu.
