Company Archival
Buddy's Archive Account feature allows users to conclude services whilst maintaining access to essential data. With this feature, advisors are able to seamlessly transition clients' accounts in simple and painless ways.
Archived Accounts
Archived accounts will have restricted access, allowing users to fetch data and extract reports currently stored data in our database.
The main features that a user on an archived account has are the following:
- Payroll History
- Tax Forms
- Reports
- Settings
- Ability to unarchive the company
- Permissions
- Billing
However, users cannot amend data, such as employee details or issue new payrolls. If you access pages that cannot be utilised, users will see the following screen:
How to Archive an Account?
- Go to Company Settings
- Click 'Archive Account'
- Click Yes in the following prompt:
How to Unarchive an Account?
In case you need to restore and continue to use archived accounts, you can follow the below instructions:
- Go to Company Settings
- Click 'Unarchive Account'
- Select the Subscription Package you want to take
- Close the Subscription Package Page
Billing of Archived Accounts
Once an account is archived, the main user will no longer be charged for any credits. Access to previous data is provided without cost.
