Enrolling to a Pension Plan
In the Pension tab of the employee profile, you can assign an existing Pension Group to the employee.
On the right-hand side, you will be informed whether the enrolment is required or optional.
Custom Contributions
If the employee has a customised pension contribution plan, you can enable the Custom Contributions toggle. After doing so, you can update the employee and employer % share or even choose a custom £ amount.
AVC: Additional Voluntary Contributions
For employees with AVCs, you can select the relevant Pension Group and the percentage % or amount £ that will be contributed extra by the employee and/or employer.
Importing Pension Details in Bulk
Using the Import Function, you can import pension details in bulk.

Opting Out and Re-Enrolling
Should an employee want to opt-out of a pension, you can click - Opt Out.
Select the opt-out date, and save pension.
After having opted-out, you are able to re-enroll the employee into a pension group at a later date.
Pension Refunds
Automatic pension refunds can be set within the Pension Auto-Enrolment Settings.
This will allow employees to receive a refund if opting out up to 6 months after enrolment.
Postponing Auto Enrolment
In the Auto Enrolment section, you can click Postpone, which will allow a 3-month period up which the auto enrolment can be postponed.
Should the employee have already postponed, you can still click the Postpone button to remove or update the postponement date.
