Enrolling to a Pension Plan
In the Pension tab of the employee profile, you can select a Pension Group that you have already created on the Pension page. This may be optional for some employees, but others may be required to auto-enrol based on certain criteria.
Custom Contributions
If the employee has a customised pension contribution plan, you can enable the Custom Contributions toggle. After doing so, you can update the employee and employer % share or even choose a custom £ amount.
Opting Out and Re-Enrolling
Should an employee want to opt-out of a pension, you can click - Opt Out.
Select the opt-out date, and save pension.
After having opted-out, you are able to re-enroll the employee into a pension group at a later date.
Postponing Auto Enrolment
In the Auto Enrolment section, you can click Postpone, which will allow a 3-month period up which the auto enrolment can be postponed.
Should the employee have already postponed, you can still click the Postpone button to remove or update the postponement date.
