Managing Employee Documents
Within an employee's profile, you can access the Documents page to Upload documents.
Note that you will first need to create Document Types within the settings.
Add Document
Start by clicking Add Document to add a new type of document.
- Start by Selecting the Type of Document you are uploading
- If applicable, set an Expiry Date
- Click Upload File
- Select and confirm the relevant file
- If the name is empty, it will use the file name. You can update the name freely
- Click Save Documents
Note that you may have multiple documents of the same type.
Download and Update Files
After you have saved the documents, you can click Download File to download the existing uploaded documents.
You may also click the cross (X) to remove a file and upload an updated version.
Employee Documents Report
From the Reports page, you can access an Employee Documents Report. This will include the employee name, name of documents, document type, and expiry date.
