MFA Status
To reset the MFA of an employee, you need to be an admin with granted permission for MFA Status on the Permissions page.
If an employee has activated their MFA, you will see the MFA Activated button on their profile. Click this to open the screen for resetting.
Reset the MFA
After clicking the MFA Activated button as shown in the above screenshot, you will be prompted with an option to Reset MFA as shown in the screenshot below.
Simply click the Reset MFA and the employee will be able to set up their authentication code anew.
