Payslip Visibility
If one of your employees is unable to view their payslip on the portal, this is usually caused by one of two reasons:
- If the Employee is New, check that the personal email field is filled with the correct email and that the employee was invited to their Employee Portal.
Once this has been updated, the employee should be able to see the payslip on their Employee Portal.
- If the Employee has been able to view payslips before, the usual cause is that the payroll was re-opened for amendments. If the payslip is being edited, it may temporarily be unavailable for viewing.
Toggle Portal Access
If you are unsure:
- Go to Payroll History and select Payslips.
- Sselect the Pay Period from the drop-down menu and determine whether the Portal Access toggle is turned on.
If not, you can enable this at any time.
