Set Employees on Fixed Hour Contracts
When you are setting up an employee who will be working part-time fixed hours or full-time reduced hours:
- In Salary Details, Enter the salary information
- Choose Employment Type (as applicable)
- Make sure that Variable Hours is NOT selected
- Input the number of weekly hours
- You may also tick the days when the employee will be working
During payroll, Buddy will automatically calculate the salary based on the weekly hours inputted. These also affect the leave entitlement and government bonuses.
