If you do not want the statutory bonus and weekly allowance to be calculated over and above the agreed salary for an employee, you can disable them from Buddy. Please make sure that you are legally allowed to do this before selecting this option.
To do this,
- Go to People
- Edit Employee
- Go to Salary Details
- Tick the Suspend Bonus option, as shown in the screenshot below.
- Update Agreement
