50% Leave Carryover
According to S.L.452.87:Organisation of Working Time Regulations, an amount of leave not exceeding 50% of entitled leave can be carried forward to the following year if it is not utilised. This may happen when there is a mutual agreement between the employer and employee.
In the following year, Vacation Leave used will first use up leave carried forward, and then start using the entitled amount for that year.
