When you have Workforce connected to Buddy, you will be able to import all leave applications within a given period with the following instructions.
Import Leave
- In Buddy, go to the Leave Management tab
- Select the dates for the period range
Please note that any period ranges larger than a month will automatically fail as they are not allowed. - Click Import from Workforce
Once the import is successful, you will receive a notification on the top right
Unimported Leave
If there are leave applications on Workforce that are not being imported, this may be due to one of two reasons:
- The employee is not currenty linked to their Workforce profile (see: Link Employees to Workforce)
- The leave type is not mapped onto Buddy (see: Mapping Custom Workforce Fields into Buddy)
