After inputting the Tax Details section, you are taken into the Bank Details section.
The employee's bank information is only required if you will be issuing SEPA payments from Buddy.
Insert the employee's:
- Bank Name
- Swift Code (BIC)
- IBAN
- Account Holder Name.
All these four fields are required. If you insert an invalid IBAN or Swift Code (BIC), you will get an error as shown in screenshot below. You can also switch on/off the Pay by Bank Transfer toggle in the bank section after you've created the employee without having to remove or insert the bank details again.
Once complete, click Save & Continue.
Now that you have completed all the details, you can finish completing the employee profile by Inviting the Employee to their Employee Portal.
