Downloading Tax Forms (FS3, FS5 and FS7)

To download any of the Tax Forms (FS3/FS5/FS7),

1. Go to Tax Forms
2. From the dropdown menu, select which Form Type you would like to issue.
3. Select the Year 
4. You will see a summary of the tax forms 
5. Click the download icon to view/download the relevant Tax Form

Note: If you are clicking the Download button but nothing is occurring, please check your internet browser for any settings related to blocking pop-ups from Buddy.

Downloading all FS3s in Bulk

If you want to download all FS3s in Bulk follow the below steps:

1. Go to Tax Forms
2. From the dropdown menu, select FS3 and the year you would like to download.
3. Click on the Download All button at the top
